We are seeking experienced case managers to join our digital transformation journey. As a key member of the team, you will oversee complex life insurance claims, prioritizing customer outcomes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Case Management: Proactively assess and develop case management strategies, ensuring sustainable outcomes and consumer expectations align with policy definitions and risk management principles.
- Customer Engagement and Communication: Communicate professionally with customers, delivering high-quality service through clear, empathetic, and transparent decisions and updates.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, categorize, and prioritize claims according to business needs and partner expectations, driving adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships, contributing to an inclusive workplace culture as a strong team player.
- Experience managing life insurance claims, preferably in a Group Insurance environment.
- Proven ability to interpret complex information and make evidence-based decisions.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability when managing complex cases and change.
