Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement and Communication: Communicate professionally with customers, delivering high-quality service through clear, empathetic, and transparent decisions and updates.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, categorize, and prioritize claims according to business needs and partner expectations, driving adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships, contributing to an inclusive workplace culture as a strong team player.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience managing life insurance claims, preferably in a Group Insurance environment.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex information and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability when managing complex cases and change.
