Job Role:

The Coordinator, Service Planning and Development is a key position that drives impactful projects for children, young people, and their families in Yarra. The role coordinates, leads, and implements strategic projects to achieve continuous improvement and integrated service delivery in response to community needs and policy reform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates strategic projects to drive continuous improvement and integrated service delivery
  • Works closely with the leadership team and manager to ensure changes in policy and legislation are well-planned and implemented
  • Oversees and coordinates the branch administration team to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to support policy, research, evaluation, strategic service planning, and branch administration

About the Team:

The Family, Youth and Children's Services Branch is an innovative team that supports and improves the lives of children, families, and young people. The branch provides services and programs, plans for integrated services across birth to 25 years, and partners with others to advocate for better outcomes.
