**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Control Room Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and operating CCTV cameras, access control management, fire panel operations, and emergency response.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and operating CCTV cameras to ensure site security
  • Managing access control systems to maintain compliance
  • Operating fire panels to isolate or de-isolate areas as required
  • Assisting with emergency situations and providing support to staff and customers
  • Conducting internal and external patrols to ensure site security
  • Providing concierge and customer service at the gatehouse

The role requires:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • A valid Victorian Security License
  • A current valid driver's license
  • A current First Aid qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office and associated programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
