Surveillance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Surveillance professional to lead our Melbourne team in delivering a safe gaming experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrated resort surveillance and a passion for driving change. They will be able to work collaboratively across properties to align our surveillance strategy.

This role is pivotal to the future operations of our organization, and we require a senior leader who can drive performance and become a focal point for new initiatives.

  • Develop and implement Surveillance strategies and initiatives to protect the business, including risk management practices.
  • Drive a culture of meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements by implementing effective surveillance strategies.
  • Implement risk management strategies aligned with the broader company strategy.
  • Provide coaching, reward, and recognition to promote growth and support employee success.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Project management experience with the ability to be agile in a transformation environment.
  • Exceptional probity and credit clearance, and the ability to obtain a Casino Special Employee License.
  • Demonstrated senior leadership of operational work groups.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment with strong knowledge of responsible gaming and anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Extensive leadership in IR Surveillance Operations experience.
