The Role

You will oversee control room operations, monitor CCTV systems, communicate with security personnel, and respond to incidents. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor surveillance systems and manage incident responses
  • Coordinate communication between security personnel and emergency services
  • Oversee access control and visitor management
  • Respond to emergencies and handle daily phone inquiries

Requirements:

  • Australian Working Rights
  • Current Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement
  • Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
  • Proven control room experience
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Drivers Licence
  • Availability to work a 24*7 rotating roster
