Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at Vocus Group. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements within the energy and telecommunications industry in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess compliance with obligations, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and control assurance reviews.
  • Review and determine if compliance risks are breaches to obligations and whether they are reportable based on reporting requirements.
  • Review controls to ensure they are adequate to mitigating compliance risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes in legislation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related role within the energy industry.
  • Strong experience in managing responses to regulatory requests and audits.
  • Strong experience in roles involving interpreting and disseminating complex information to multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in compliance programs, controls design, and risk management.
