Practice Manager & Business Operations Specialist

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager and Business Operations Specialist to lead the operational strategy of our psychology clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, operations management, and a passion for driving growth.

  • The successful applicant will be responsible for streamlining systems, managing daily operations, and acting as Executive PA. They will also be required to maintain strict confidentiality with client and business information.

  • The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Setting up and optimizing systems for maximum efficiency (Coreplus, Cliniko, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, automations, etc.)
  • Training the Practice Owner in using systems to make better business decisions.
  • Managing daily operations and providing administrative support
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including budgeting and reporting
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in practice management or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional organizational, discretion, and communication skills
