Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Centre Operations Director to oversee daily centre operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality care and education. As the cornerstone of our centre, you will lead a team of professionals, driving excellence in every aspect of our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies, maximising centre performance and staff engagement.
  • Mentor and support Educators and Teachers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Create engaging activities that cater to children's diverse needs and interests.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to rigorous policies and procedures.
  • E nsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Acecqa approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership experience.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
