Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + benefits

Are you an experienced early childhood leader ready to make your mark? We're seeking a highly capable Centre Director for a purpose-built, modern 100-place facility with a clear pathway to grow.

About You
  • You bring centre director experience, strong leadership and operational confidence, from an early childhood setting—or related sector.
  • You're adaptive—ready to partner closely with the current leadership to understand the centre's educational philosophy and approach before transitioning into full responsibility.
  • Heart-led leadership matters: you\'re transparent, empathetic, and always ready to support children, families, and educators with genuine care.
  • Operational excellence is your strength—whether it's compliance, rostering, CCS, or administration, you get it done effectively and meet high standards.
