We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of early childhood education and care.As part of the Busy Bees family, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the centre's culture, driving quality outcomes for children, and supporting a dedicated team of educators.About the RoleAs a Centre Director, you will:Provide strong, values-driven leadership to educators and staffEnsure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and ACECQA requirementsBuild and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider communityOversee staffing, rostering, and centre operations to maintain smooth daily practicesDrive enrolments and occupancy growth while upholding the centre's reputation for quality careSupport educators with professional development and career progressionWhat You'll NeedDiploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)At least 3 years' leadership experience in an Early Childhood settingCurrent Working with Children Check (Employee) (VIC requirement)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificatesProven knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsHourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 (WT 6A.1 to 6.9)Access to the BEEs Bonus Program – a quarterly bonus for Centre DirectorsChildcare discount of up to 50%Laundry allowance and annual uniform allocationProfessional development opportunities with Busy Bees' learning platformEmployee Assistance Program for wellbeing supportOpportunities for career progression across a national networkBe part of a global Early Childhood Education brand with a supportive leadership networkWhy Join Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale?
