Centre Director – Hoppers Crossing / Werribee / Point cook  areaThis modern, purpose-built centre has been designed with children's growth and exploration in mind. The program is play-based and guided by child-led approaches, encouraging curiosity, creativity.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + benefits

About You

  • You bring centre director experience, strong leadership and operational confidence, from an early childhood setting—or related sector.
  • You're adaptive—ready to partner closely with the current leadership to understand the centre's educational philosophy and approach before transitioning into full responsibility.
  • Heart-led leadership matters: you're transparent, empathetic, and always ready to support children, families, and educators with genuine care.
  • Operational excellence is your strength—whether it's compliance, rostering, CCS, or administration, you get it done effectively and meet high standards.
