Job Overview

The Telco Sales Coordinator will play a key role in achieving sales and profitability targets for their store through providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store's Communication Team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Telco and proven retail experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales and profitability targets through effective training and coaching of the Communications Team.
  • Maintaining agreed communications department merchandising standards.
  • Ensuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco.
  • Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a consolidated sales team.
