About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to support technology-based solutions for our Federal Government Client. You will be responsible for providing remote assistance and ad-hoc onsite visits within agreed service levels and maintaining technical documentation.

This is an excellent technical opportunity to take your career to new heights, working collaboratively with peers across locations to deliver services to customers and ensure their service level agreements are met.

You will use tools and processes to drive service process improvement, proactively managing infrastructure and ensuring high-quality technical maintenance and support services.

  • Experience across Linux operating systems, Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software, and Database skills.
  • Cloud computing certification and proficiency in Python/R Programming, PowerShell scripting, Bash scripting.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience, understanding of public cloud platforms and agile operations.

Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience as a System Administrator with Linux infrastructure and Cloud Computing.
