IT Support Specialist Opportunity

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as installing and maintaining IT equipment.

You will also be responsible for supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning accounts and configuring devices. Additionally, you will manage user access to business systems and internal platforms, and maintain accurate records of devices, accounts, and entitlements.

Collaboration with other departments is essential in this role, as you will work closely with teams to understand their IT requirements and deliver responsive support.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, prior experience in an IT support environment, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and Windows operating systems.

Basic scripting knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals are also desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
