The role of Highly Organized Executive Assistant is focused on providing exceptional administrative support to senior leaders in our Sydney CBD office. As a highly organized and collaborative individual, you will work closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive diary management and email support to anticipate and address any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring meetings are optimized for the leaders' time.
  • Helping manage workload and ensuring leaders are well-prepared for meetings and deadlines.
  • Meeting support: assisting in agenda preparation, pre-reading papers, and action items for team meetings.
  • Attending offsites to coordinate the day and provide team support.
  • Stakeholders: managing expectations when dealing with incoming emails, client interactions, suppliers, internal stakeholders, etc.
  • Expense management: ensuring credit card expenses are processed within policy and business timeframes.
  • Maintaining staff lists, email distribution groups, and mail listings.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and access to LinkedIn learning.
