Regulatory Compliance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping regulatory outcomes while contributing to strategic goals such as net zero and market reliability.
About The Role- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory reporting requirements in the energy sector and experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tools.
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of energy reporting (retail, gas, and electricity) and managing interactions with key regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor emerging regulatory trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on regulatory impacts.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regulators.
- Represent the business in regulatory reporting and compliance discussions.
- Align reporting frameworks with business goals, including decarbonisation and market expansion.
- Degree in law, business, accounting, finance, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a regulatory, compliance or reporting-focused role.
