Key Responsibilities
  • Manage freight forwarding operations to ensure seamless delivery of goods to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth and increase revenue
  • Establish and enforce effective financial controls, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
  • Represent our brand professionally, maintaining a positive company image
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Substantial experience in international freight management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead a team
