Job Title:

A seasoned risk management professional with expertise in compliance and governance is sought to drive the promotion and implementation of a risk-aware culture across our Sydney property.

About the Role:

This key position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, supporting property operations teams to manage risk and meet obligations under relevant regulations and legislation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing material risks and key controls to mitigate risks within risk appetite.

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and design of controls according to Group Risk frameworks;
- Test controls and identify improvements;
- Provide risk aggregation and reporting for our Sydney property;

Key Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in risk management, governance or strategic roles in casinos, gaming environments, financial institutions, corporations, or government agencies;
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and ability to effectively manage governance and stakeholder relationships;
- Demonstrated success in influencing, leading and managing others;
