Job Title: Territory Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to machine delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions, driving awareness and sales of compact equipment range
  • Provide regular sales reporting and input on market trends to inform business decisions
  • Support tender submissions and customer database updates, maintaining accurate records and CRM systems

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in territory management and sales performance, with a strong understanding of the construction equipment market and competitor pricing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and electronic sales platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
