Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive and supportive school culture that prioritizes student wellbeing and safety. This will involve collaborating with the executive leadership team to implement the school's approach to student wellbeing through a partnership with The Resilience Project.

Key responsibilities will include managing and supporting student behaviour issues, providing effective leadership in the development of authentic relationships between staff and students, and ensuring staff fulfill their responsibilities regarding student wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyse data to highlight trends and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

A strong commitment to promoting student wellbeing and safety is essential for this role.
