A Senior Operations Coordinator
Job Description:Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our services. This includes Independent Living Units, Family Accommodation Program, and Street to Home Service.
About the Role:
- Maintain a collaborative working partnership within the leadership team.
- Approve or reject client applications in consultation with relevant project teams.
- Develop, review, and update team members' case plans.
- Gather statistics for reporting purposes, including monthly SHIP reporting (NPAH).
- Develop productive relationships within the team and contribute to quality team performance and wellbeing.
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach to service delivery and improvement within the team.
- Implement capability development plans to improve capability and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-performing teams to achieve service delivery goals.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Welfare, Community Development, or related field.
- Relevant experience in a social service environment, including staff supervision.
- National police record check.
- Working with Children Check.
- Current WA Driver's license.
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR.
