Job Description:

As a key member of the operations team, you will play a vital role in coordinating ticketing services for various events at Accor Stadium and CommBank Stadium.

Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through seamless ticketing processes, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of ticketing, including sales, inventory management, and customer support
  • Work closely with stakeholders, such as sporting partners and contractors, to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in ticketing or a related field is highly desirable, as is proficiency in relevant software and systems.
