Job Title: Pet Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and service to our furry guests and their owners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask with ease. You will also possess strong customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming pets and their owners into our pet hotel
  • Caring for our four-legged guests, including feeding, exercising, and providing individualized attention
  • Managing check-ins and check-outs, as well as taking accurate notes of special requests
  • Providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Promoting retail sales of pet products and services

Requirements:
