Job Role

We are a family of pet stores dedicated to providing families with food and supplies for dogs, cats, companion birds, wild birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals.

  • Assist in ensuring consistently great execution and investing meaningful time with customers.
  • Recommend best products and services to create healthiest, most playful life for pets.

Pet care professionals will prioritize Safety, Compassion, Expertise, and Efficiency in all tasks. They will live by and coach our Core Beliefs.

Responsibilities
  • Cashier and customer sales
  • Preparing merchandise orders, banking, and other paperwork
  • Placing items into stock in the sales area of the store
  • Sweeping, dusting, and other general store maintenance functions
  • Assisting in unloading delivery vehicles and putting items up to 50 lbs into stock
  • Effectively opening and closing the store while following procedures
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Working knowledge of POS system
  • Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work flexible schedule according to business needs
