Join Our Team as a Coordinator - Residential CareWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Coordinator to lead and support a dynamic team, enhancing your leadership skills and broadening your experience in residential care. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and young people who are on Child Protection Orders.The successful candidate will provide quality guidance, direction, and supervision to a team of Youth Workers, ensuring effective communication between team members during shift changeovers. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the team, including staffing rosters, appointments, and meetings.You will have the opportunity to lead the team in planning, implementing, and evaluating strategies in relation to the young people's needs and behaviours, ensuring all documentation is accurate, relevant, and completed or submitted within expected timeframes.About Us

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Health, Human Services, Behavioural Science, Social Work, Psychology or similar
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current Licenced Care Service (LCS)
  • Current Queensland Driver Licence
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the service region
