Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of projects that promote reconciliation and cultural awareness;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and government agencies;
- Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives that support the career development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Experience working in a similar role or in a related industry;
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and histories;
- Excellent communication and project management skills;
- A dynamic and supportive work environment;
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities;
