Business Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking a Wellbeing Business Partner to join our team, providing high-level support in the delivery of wellbeing programs and interventions. This role involves developing and implementing systems and processes to improve our approach to supporting employee health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategies to enhance employee wellbeing across the organisation.
- Provide advice on relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Engage with stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession or relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.
