About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and building relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, understanding their pain points, and positioning Zeller as a solution to supercharge their cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Utilize outbound lead generation strategies such as cold calling, email, referrals, and more to identify potential customers.
  • Pain Point Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand the specific challenges faced by business owners and develop targeted solutions to address them.
  • Lead Management: Maintain a clean and organized pipeline of leads and deals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with potential customers.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing new deals, exceeding individual targets and contributing to the team's overall success.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers. They will also be self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in BDR or SMB Account Executive roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly goals and manage revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales pipelines.
  • Genuine curiosity and passion for people and their businesses.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Resilience in the face of adversity and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
