A vacancy exists for a casual receptionist to cover full-time staff leave in Albury.

The ideal candidate will have recent customer service experience and be available on short notice. They will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors warmly, and managing access passes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Managing access passes
  • Maintaining a tidy workplace
  • Mailroom management
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Stocking stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Performing ad hoc office duties

This is an excellent opportunity for those with flexibility around study, kids, or other family responsibilities. A positive attitude and willingness to assist with tasks of any size are highly valued.

Key Requirements

Previous customer service or administration experience is preferred. Confidence in liaising with stakeholders and professionalism are essential.
