Our client, a highly regarded organisation, is seeking a casual worker to join their team to cover sick or annual leave. This role is ideal for those who are studying, semi-retired, working part-time, or have a young family. We encourage all interested candidates to apply

Located in Albury, the role requires flexibility and availability on short notice to cover full-time staff leave. If you have recent customer service experience and are interested in temporary reception or administrative work, this position could be perfect for you.

The Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting visitors warmly as the first point of contact;
  • Answering phone calls and emails;
  • Managing access passes and being a contact point for employees and guests;
  • Keeping the workplace tidy and reporting issues;
  • Mailroom management;
  • Managing meeting room bookings;
  • Monitoring and restocking stationary and kitchen supplies;
  • Performing ad hoc office duties as needed.
The Expertise

Previous customer service or reception/administration experience is preferred. Our client works with government clients, so professionalism and confidence in liaising with stakeholders are essential. A positive attitude and willingness to assist with tasks of any size are highly valued.
