Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Reception Attendant to join our team in Sydney's Northern Suburbs. As a Reception Attendant, you will be responsible for welcoming pets and their owners into the Pet Hotel, checking them in and out, taking accurate notes of their individual requests, managing the phones, promoting retail sales, running front-of-house reception and general administration duties, and providing excellent customer service.

Your main goal will be to ensure that every guest has an enjoyable and stress-free experience at our Pet Hotel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Casual reception experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally
  • Strong computing and administration skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Availability to work peak periods including public holidays and school holiday periods
  • Confident handling pets of all sizes, with a calm and caring approach
