About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high-impact projects. Your primary focus will be on managing project risk, quality, and progress to meet organisational standards and deadlines.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Delivery: Manage the full life cycle of projects, ensuring that projects meet required outcomes and align with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project outcomes, transforming requirements into plans, managing expectations, and delivering results effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead small project teams to achieve defined project outcomes.
  • Contract Management: Develop and oversee contracts or project agreements to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Proactively manage project risks, applying structured approaches to maintain quality and project integrity.
  • Cost & Schedule Management: Develop strategies to control costs, adhere to schedules, and maintain project scope and work quality.
  • Change Management: Identify and implement necessary change management strategies to meet evolving project objectives.
About You
  • Relevant project management certifications and experience in complex environments.
  • Experience leading small project teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant project management methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
