National Strategic Partnerships Manager Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships aligned to our company's growth aspirations.

We are a leading provider of insurance products and services for commercial and personal customers, operating across a diverse range of products through a multichannel distribution network.

The Client and Broker Engagement team manages our major client relationships across all product lines, driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated personalized experience, driven by a client-centric framework that allows flexibility to meet the client's needs.

Main accountabilities include:

  • Management of specific national and regional key partnerships
  • Collaboration with the broader CBE team, Underwriting and Claims teams
  • Closely working with the NSW/ACT GM and key stakeholders to drive local strategy and execution of key national initiatives
  • Consistency and sharing of best practice and innovation within the CBE team
  • Strong client focus and ability to work with key business partners

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated insurance experience, tertiary education preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven insurance business development background
  • Commercial/SME market experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to manage within a matrix management structure
  • Existing broker and client relationships preferred
  • Demonstrable strategic planning, execution, and organisational partnering capability
