As an Assistant Village Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations at our retirement village. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the village team, implementing operational plans and projects, and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a warm and friendly team at one of our Adelaide villages. You will be working closely with residents, colleagues, and external partners to deliver excellent services and outcomes.

  • Supporting the village management team to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Implementing and managing operational plans and projects to improve resident experience and satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, risk management and health and safety standards
