Remote Village Operations Manager

Our company requires a seasoned professional to oversee the village experience.
- Ensure a seamless village experience by monitoring feedback, resolving issues, and coordinating continuous improvement opportunities.
- Audit and optimize village operations through an evidence-based process.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and rectify non-conformances to contractual agreements.
- Lead field teams in achieving timely results, facilitate investigations, risk assessments, and event reporting.
- Develop strategic cost models and collaborate with technical teams to understand underlying costs.
- Manage cost control, including procurement approval, invoicing, and end-of-month accruals.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in hospitality services or similar.
- Proven track record in contractor management or supervisory roles in facility management.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems, dashboards, reporting, auditing, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Valid manual driving license.
