Job Summary

Eucalyptus is a digital healthcare company dedicated to solving global healthcare challenges.

As Senior Product Designer, you will lead design for our digital healthcare brands and capabilities, collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving high-quality execution across mobile apps and web, ensuring our products are accessible, scalable, and delightful.

Rapid iteration on designs will be essential in collaboration with Engineers to support evolving requirements from problem-identification through to product release.

Your ability to turn complexity into clarity and bring delight and value to customers will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design for digital healthcare brands and capabilities, working across multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive high-quality execution across mobile apps and web, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and delightfulness.
  • Contribute to team growth by modeling excellent design practices and providing thoughtful feedback.
  • Rapidly iterate on designs, collaborating with Engineers to support evolving requirements.
  • Turn complexity into clarity, bringing delight and value to customers.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an experienced product designer with a track record of leading design on complex initiatives.
  • Craft leader with attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and rigor in exploring, validating, and executing design solutions.
  • Strong collaborator with experience pairing closely with PMs, engineers, content designers, and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, bringing clarity to fuzzy problems, and driving alignment with velocity.
  • Take initiative and ownership while remaining flexible.
  • Adaptable and pragmatic, staying focused on tasks and delivering quality solutions within existing constraints.
  • Make effective decisions considering bigger pictures and opportunity costs.
  • Strong understanding of design processes and knowing when to implement them.
