Your Role & Team

You'll craft dev-ready Figma designs and evolve scalable design systems that power intuitive, cross-platform experiences helping people everywhere take control of their health. From concept to delivery, you'll own the design journey across mobile, web, desktop, and (optionally) wearable or AI-driven experiences.

Working closely with marketing, product, and engineering, you'll ship work that's not only intuitive and beautiful, but also impactful, supporting both medical experts and everyday customers.

Your Skills

  • Design user flows from concept to delivery: wireframes, interactive prototypes, and dev-ready, responsive designs that scale in Figma (iOS, Android, Web, wearables).
  • Build and evolve design systems that scale seamlessly across platforms.
  • Partner with developers for pixel-perfect handoff, reusable components, and efficient implementation.
  • Balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring designs are accessible, responsive, and human-centred.
  • Stay ahead of platform guidelines (iOS, Android, Web, and emerging wearable standards) to ensure designs are future-proof.
  • Embrace new tools and AI workflows to move faster, explore possibilities, and push the boundaries of design.
  • (Optional) Conduct research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.

You've crafted product experiences you're proud to share. You care deeply about how things look, how they work, and how they make people feel. You obsess over the details, yet move fast, simplifying complexity into intuitive, elegant solutions.

You are not afraid to tell the story behind your design, get buy-in across the business, and iterate; balancing what customers love with what the business needs.

Location:

Hybrid: Sydney (Surry Hills) office + remote flexibility.
