Store Manager

The role of Store Manager is a key position within our business, responsible for leading and managing sales and operational activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Champion a culture of safety within the store in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
  • Manage sales and operational activities of the store.
  • Ensure the store meets expectations, including reviewing areas of potential improvement.
  • Promote catalogue sales and campaigns in the store to grow category sales and maintain margin.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Work with Inventory and State teams to ensure inventory is executed in line with national direction and improvement opportunities are identified.
  • Ensure compliance with retail ready standards and behaviours including housekeeping, merchandising and presentation.
  • Monitor and coach employees under your direct supervision, ensuring performance and training/development plans are achieved.

You will work Monday - Friday 6am-3pm. Some Saturdays may be required.
