About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support the Senior Manager Human Resources in driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of HR functions. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting organisational values, and supporting employees in achieving their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, addressing employee inquiries and concerns, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  3. Support the performance review process, including tracking and documenting employee performance evaluations, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities to support the growth and development of employees, aligning with organisational goals.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and values.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Knowledge and experience in basic computer use, with proficiency in HR software and systems.
  4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, and to provide constructive and honest feedback.
  5. Commitment to complete mandatory training and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Current Victorian Manual Driver's Licence.
  2. Police Check & Working With Children Check.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
