Site Operations Coordinator

Company Overview: Monadelphous is a prominent engineering group providing construction, maintenance, and industrial services to the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Position Summary: We are currently in search of a dedicated Site Administrator to facilitate the execution of a significant Battery Storage Energy System (BESS) initiative. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our site team operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the project and site teams.
- Support the Project Manager, Payroll, and HSEQ teams in preparing and updating both internal and external documentation.
- Manage invoicing, payroll data entry, and processing tasks.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary office supplies.
- Review subcontractor claims and facilitate payment processes.
- Conduct data entry from various information sources, including subcontractor submissions.
- Monitor costs and perform variance analysis.
- Ensure effective document management practices are upheld.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative capacity within the construction or resources industries.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, to create and maintain project documentation and quality records.
- Experience in maintaining high-quality documentation is highly regarded.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage varying workloads.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive in utilizing initiative and solving problems.
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
