Job Title: Mental Health Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health specialist to join our dynamic team. As a mental health specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to adults and children with various presentations.
Key Responsibilities- To develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
- To conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify areas of concern and develop effective interventions.
- To provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other approaches as necessary.
- To work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in psychology or a related field.
- Provisional or full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
- A current driver's license and a police check.
- A reduced caseload during your initial period to allow for familiarization with our team and processes.
- Quarterly professional development sessions with our team of psychologists.
- Monthly coaching from experienced mentors to help you achieve your career goals.
- Allocated buddies for support during your induction and beyond.
- Regular supervision and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
