Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health specialist to join our dynamic team. As a mental health specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to adults and children with various presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • To conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify areas of concern and develop effective interventions.
  • To provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other approaches as necessary.
  • To work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in psychology or a related field.
  • Provisional or full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
  • A current driver's license and a police check.
