Our Service: Stride Hub is a community mental health and wellbeing service for adults, their families and carers that offers access to integrated care and support to improve recovery outcomes. Participants can access a range of community mental health support services; clinical mental health services; care coordination and NDIS supports. The service also offers full DBT clinical and DBT skills building interventions to the community. Role overview: The Clinical Manager role has responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership and management. The focus of this role is on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met, as well as supporting innovation and quality improvement to ensure evidence-based outcomes for people accessing the service. On Offer: * Based in Wollongong, NSW * Permannet, part-time opportunity available (23 hours per week, option of either 4 or 5 working days per week) * Salary Packaging options (up to $15,899 tax free) * Meals and entertainment allowance of up to $2,650 * Leave loading at 17.5% * Stride Rewards – access to discounts from 100s of retailers (fashion, food and fitness) * One paid wellbeing leave day per year * Purchase up to 5 additional leave days in a 12 month period (pro rata entitlement if part-time) * Paid parental leave support * Supportive team environment * Excellent training and career development Requirements: * Must have one of the following: Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker * Knowledge and understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions and clinical practice as well as demonstrated excellence in the practical application of such, in the areas of mental health and alcohol and drug use. * Demonstrated ability to undertake assessment and initial screening activities to determine client care needs, provide counselling, produce assessment reports and assist clients to access necessary services. * Demonstrated expertise in the management of a multi-disciplinary service delivery team including the ability to lead the coordination of care for adults, and their families * Highly developed communication (including written) and interpersonal skills * Ability to engage with individuals, advocate on their behalf and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, participants, carers and stakeholders * Good computer skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office applications and the capacity to learn how to use a new clinical software package. * Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC * Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance * Must have a Drivers License Stride is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable people.
