Job Title: Mental Health Nurse Specialist


We are seeking an experienced mental health nurse specialist to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled and compassionate individual to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality patient care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote positive outcomes and support the recovery of patients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to mental health care

Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum two (2) years' post-graduate experience in a mental health nursing setting
  • Post-graduate qualifications in mental health highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
