You will work collaboratively with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to each individual's needs.
In this dynamic role, you will develop and maintain therapeutic relationships, offer support during times of emotional distress, and guide and mentor less experienced clinicians. Your expertise and empathy will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
Key aspects of this position include:
- Providing evidence-based mental health care to individuals facing mental health challenges.
- Collaborating with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships, providing support during times of emotional distress, and guiding and mentoring less experienced clinicians.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence.
