Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

Our team is seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to join our expanding Northern Territory operations based in Darwin.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for individuals who can assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
  • The successful candidate will conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios including Workers Comp, CTP, DVA and more.
  • This role involves supporting people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • You will interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You:
  • Clinicians looking to move 'off the tools' as well as experienced Rehabilitation Specialists are all welcome to apply.
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker or Psychologist (with relevant accreditation)
  • You must have current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • You should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities are also essential.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach are crucial.
  • A genuine commitment to continuous improvement is required.
