Job Title: Master Schedule Leader

We are seeking an experienced master scheduler to join our project management team. This is a key leadership role responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise master schedule covering all programs and projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing integrated schedules across large, complex organizations. They will be highly proficient in tools and methodologies such as Microsoft Project and Primavera, bringing a strong understanding of project lifecycles, including the identification and mitigation of schedule risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating and interpreting complex project schedule inputs to identify key milestones, critical interdependencies, and inform portfolio sequencing decisions.
  • Monitoring project progress, analysing schedule metrics, assessing the impact of changes, and providing strategic recommendations and escalation pathways to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating forward planning sessions and scheduling reviews to support portfolio and delivery readiness.
  • Designing and delivering schedule performance reporting, trend analysis, and data visualisations that inform scheduling oversight and decision-making.
