Project Coordinator

The role of Project Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the timely delivery of large-scale projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for complex programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules that incorporate resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking using specialized scheduling tools such as Microsoft Projects or equivalent.
  • Schedule Consolidation: Collaborate with multiple project managers to consolidate schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis.
  • Risk Management: Identify schedule risks and contribute to mitigation planning to ensure project success.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your ability to analyze complex schedules and develop effective mitigation strategies will be crucial to the project's success.
