Join City of Moreton Bay in this key leadership role within our newly established Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), and help deliver projects that shape and enhance our communities - today and into the future.

This is an exciting time to come on board With our new General Manager now in place, we're looking for five new team members to help design and implement a high-quality, fit-for-purpose ePMO function here at Australia's third-largest council.

Reporting to the ePMO Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Enterprise Master Schedule covering all programs and projects within the ePMO's remit.

This is a key role for the team as we look to you to drive a culture where strategic milestones are anticipated and decisions are made in a timely manner.

Joining during these foundational stages presents a unique opportunity to develop scheduling standards for project teams across the broader organisation, ensuring consistency and effective application of scheduling systems.

We'll also look to you to:

  • Consolidate and interpret complex project schedule inputs to identify key milestones, critical interdependencies, and inform portfolio sequencing decisions.
