Healthcare Program Engagement Officer

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network seeks a motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Healthcare Program Engagement Officer - Professional Accountability Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in implementing the CALHN Professional Accountability Model across CALHN, promoting accountability and improvement within the organization.
About the Role
This specialist will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop educational resources, supports, and electronic platforms for staff. The officer will report progress to the CALHN Professional Accountability Model steering committee bi-monthly, ensuring successful implementation of the model.
About You
We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple tasks under pressure. A background in healthcare or related fields is highly desirable.
Key Requirements:
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands under pressure.
- Project Management & Reporting Experience: Hands-on experience in preparing reports, managing projects, and using data to drive business decisions.
- Experience in a Clinical or Health-Related Setting: Background in healthcare or related fields, with a good understanding of industry standards and protocols.
