Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join our Implementation and Improvement Unit at Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). In this role, you will provide essential project, data, and administrative support, working closely with leadership, clinicians, and staff to drive improvement initiatives across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project-related support, including coordinating workshops, facilitating communication, and preparing briefings and reports.
  • Manage data, assist with project documentation, and provide timely administrative support.
  • Contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare services in the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in minute-taking, drafting agendas, and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance in all tasks.
  • A high level of organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in providing administrative and clerical support, including managing confidential information and working with senior management and diverse teams.
